Christina Eijsman was a daughter of Benjamin Eijsman and Elisabeth Bos. She married David Bachrach in 1915 in Arnhem. He died in 1929.

The police commissioner of Arnhem requested that Christina Bachrach-Eijsman, a resident of Arnhem, be located, detained and brought to trial. She was suspected of having changed her place of residence without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.
