Isaac Wurms, the second of the four children of Juda Wurms and Rebecca Vogel, was born on 26 June 1916 in Amsterdam. He was a compositor but changed trade later and became employed at the clothing factory Hollandia Kattenburg as a raincoat sticker. About Sipora Wurms-Menist

Sipora Wurms-Menist joined the Hollandia-Kattenburg textile factory in Amsterdam on 28 March 1938. On Wednesday, 11 November 1942, around 4:30 PM, Willy Lages conducted the Sicherheitspolizei raid on the Hollandia factories.
