– Died:Amsterdam, 23 May 1941
The funeral records at the Jewish cemetery in Rotterdam reveal that Abraham Levie was buried there.
In May 1941, an obituary was placed in Het Joodsche Weekblad for A. Levie. The same edition of the weekly also contained a short obituary. It states among other things that A. Levie was a teacher and acting head for over thirty years of the religious school in Rotterdam. He was attached as a teacher to the assocation Menachem Aweiling Hachadoscho (Consolation of the Doleful). On his departure, chief rabbi Davids granted him the title of chover. Levie is buried in the Toepad cemetery in Rotterdam.
