Mozes van der Hoeden appears on a handwritten list of all persons who held offices in the Dutch-Jewish community of Haarlem during the early years of the war.
Mozes van der Hoeden was the messenger-sexton for the Dutch-Jewish community in Haarlem and the messenger for the religious institution Gemieloeth Chassadiem. Photographs remain of each official. Mozes van der Hoeden was married. He and his wife lived at 59 Schotersingel in Haarlem.
