Indicating family relationships
Using the Add a family member button or the All actions button, you can add a relative and create a personal page, as follows:
1.Navigate to the personal page of the individual to whom you want to add a relative, and click on Add a family member.
2.Type a first name and surname in the appropriate text boxes to access a list of names with dates of birth.
3.Select the person you want to add as a relative by clicking on their name. If the person is not included in the list, you can create a new personal page by clicking on the Add a new person button.
4.Indicate the family relationships.
A new personal page is generated for the new person, and the family relationship with the existing person is displayed on the page. The name of the user who generated the new personal page is displayed above the new person’s name. Alternatively, if the personal page comes from the Digital Monument, then this is indicated instead. In addition, the relationship is automatically displayed on the existing person’s page too. For example, if you connect a child to a father on the child’s page, the relationship appears automatically on the father’s page too.
When you are ready to publish the page, select Save this page.
